Alternative Parts can provide a sleeving process for the upper turret disk on your punch press *that is a permanent solution to upper turret disk bore wear.* Have you been experiencing any of the following signs? Down time to completely sleeve the upper turret disk is two days. The floor space required for our service equipment is the same work space already designated for the punch press. Serviceability on a per station basis. Many times there are only certain stations on a turret disk that are in need of repair. Our sleeving process can be performed on a per station basis as required to maintain desired tolerances. Replacement sleeves available upon request. The parts will be shipped to your facility and can be installed by your personnel. Octo-Rack exchange program. In recognition of this environmentally conscious age, we offer an exchange program for the Octo-Rack punch press. At your request, we will send a refurbished Octo-Rack to your facility. Simply install the sleeved pack and return your worn rack to Alternative Parts, Inc. The only down time is the time required to change the Octo-Racks in the machine.
