PC800 CONTROL

The PC800 Control is a personal computer based system that operates under Window NT and is network ready at installation. The easy to use touch screen monitor combined with Punch Wizard graphical  programming software allows for fast set up and operation. All existing part programs are automatically converted by our G code converter, with unlimited part program storage. New AC brushless motors provide increased table processing and low maintenance.

The Control comes with an industry leading 5 year guarantee on control parts. All control upgrades come installed, with in-house training at your facility that takes  approximately 1 week.

New 3000rpm Kollmorgan AC Brushless motors and drives replace the existing servo system. The PC800 comes installed in a new enclosure. Replacement of the existing X & Y axis ballscrews will increase table processing speeds by as much as 65%.
