In order to establish open credit terms with our company, we require:
1. 3 trade references
2. Bank reference
3. Signed application for credit (below)
Upon receipt of the trade/bank references and this signed document, open terms of net 30 days will be established for your company.
CREDIT AGREEMENT
Applicant agrees that terms of payment are “Net 30 days.” Applicant also agrees to pay 1.5% interest per month on past due balances. Responsibility for payment within our credit terms rests with the company or individual to whom the account was granted. Your company must stay within stated terms or the account will on weekly review, revert to a C.O.D. basis. Applicant may be placed on C.O.D. status at any time, and if in default, applicant’s account may be closed at any time. In the event that this account is turned over for collection, I/we agree to pay all costs of collection, including collection agency fees, reasonable attorney fees and costs of court. This agreement is to be governed by the laws of the state of New York.
I have read the above Credit Agreement , accept the terms offered therein, and am authorized to sign this document.
